3. YOUR IDAHO POWER ACCOUNT

Idaho Power offers customers the option to set up automatic recurring payments for their monthly Idaho Power bills. By enrolling in Idaho Power’s Auto Pay program, you authorize Idaho Power to initiate recurring debit payments from the checking or savings account you specify. The amount debited from your bank account every month will be the amount due on your monthly bill. 13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION; BINDING ARBITRATION
